I've always associated "vape tongue" with two things:
1. Nasal congestion (allergies, infection or anything that causes congestion)
2. vaping the same flavor for a long time.

It's (to me) very much connected to my sense of smell. Much the same as when I have a plug-in air freshener that smells good... and then I stop smelling it. Someone could walk into my house and smell it immediately, but I've lost the ability.

I now change ejuice flavors - a lot. Also, Trader Joe's Ginger Snaps. They're my favorite ginger snaps and for some reason when I eat a few I can taste my ejuice. Maybe it's the zippy ginger?

Fruity vapes and cinnamon flavors seem to stay alive and not mute as quickly to me as well.

Funny - when I smoked I never thought about the taste or lack of taste... or even the occasional nasty stale pack... :?: :)

I have some ginger mints for the same reason. I got the idea from the sushi places that give you ginger as a palate cleanser.

I second the Apple Cider Vinegar because it will also help with your allergies (boosts immune systems) and if you drink a teaspoon in water 3 times a day you also will not have insects bothering you. A lot of people with allergies seem to attract mosquitoes and such more often than other people.

When I get it I suck on a zotz or some citrus. Seems to work for me. I'm also having to lower my ohms on builds. Coil ohms over 1 now don't seem to do anything for flavor for me anymore.

Other way around for me 1.2-1.4 ohm range gives me the most defined flavor
