I need to ask this to everyone on here. Im a youtube product reviewer and have recently started doing product reviews for companies such as mig cigs - halocigs - mt. baker vapor - jvapes - down east vapes and many other small places that would like to get there names out there. Some places have sent me stuff to review for free but most places I have had to buy from just to be able to do a review on an item. Today for example i just ordered an itaste mvp 2.0 with a few other things order cost me 113 bucks just for the purposes of being able to review the item so more beginner's out there are educated and can make an easier decision what they want to buy.
Well to make a long story short I contacted Vape Ventures and basically explained hi there Im a product reviewer i do reviews on anything from e-juice to mods or tanks and proceeded to ask if he would like to send samples for review to help get his shops name out there to make more business. Well instead of responding and saying no im not interested the owner proceeds to respond with the following and i quote.
"sorry, youtube doesn't sell, and I have no respect for free loaders. if you contact me again, you will hear from my lawyer. goodbye"
In my experience of working retail don't matter if its wal mart or an e-cig shop that is not a good way to treat people shows that you have no clue how to treat your customers. Especially when someone is willing to go out of there way and help a shop or company get there name out there. Is it just me or do I think the way this person handled it was not the right way ? would love feedback on what everyone here thinks. E-cigs are an amazing product and to me that it someone refusing to let someone help get there name out there and shows me that they don't care about there business or how many sales they make.
Sorry to bother everyone with this on here im sure this will probably get deleated on here once an admin see's it im not looking to start a fight just curious if im the only one that thinks this person handled it wrong.
