Vape with Hard Puff Limits & Time Scheduling

I’m trying to find a refillable device (mod/pod mod) that offers advanced usage controls - specifically regarding puff limits .

Most mods have a simple puff counter that just counts up to 9999, but I am looking for a device that allows me to set a “hard limit” that actually stops the device from firing after a certain number of puffs.

Ideally, I am looking for a setup that can:

  1. Set a Hard Cap: Stop firing after X puffs.
  2. Auto-Reset: Automatically reset the counter/limit after a set time (e.g., every 2 hours or every 24 hours).
  3. Schedule Usage: Allow more puffs during certain times of the day (e.g., evenings) and fewer/zero puffs during others (e.g., work hours).
I’m open to older hardware if I can find it, or tinkering with software if necessary.
I’m just trying to manage my intake more strictly without relying solely on willpower!

Thanks in advance for any tips or direction!

Health Perspective.

I’m really disappointed that no matter how hard I search for such device - there’s nothing like this out there.
In the whole industry nobody seems interested in mitigating the harmful impact of high doses of nicotine?
Nicotine is very dangerous over long time in the way it constantly keeps blood pressure elevated which harms the elasticity of our blood vessels and can be direct cause of all kind of diseases.
Average blood pressure is one of the key factors when it comes to longevity.

That’s why in my opinion limiting nicotine exposure in certain times of the day (before bed , before/after GYM, stressful hours) and otherwise keeping nicotine levels steady throughout the day can have tremendous impact on our health and who knows how many years of precious life this single feature can save us.

Hi and Welcome,

My approach involved multiple identical devices with varying levels of nicotine.

If I need a ¨fix¨, I use the high nicotine device.
When I am vaping mindlessly, I choose ¨0¨nicotine.
And I would use a medium nicotine level if I am being social or enjoying a vape, after a meal perhaps.

Use stickers or vape bands or different colored pods/batteries to differentiate the units.

IMO, Don´t wait. I`m sure you have defeated challenges like this before. You can do it again.
¨Hack¨yourself and work around market/product limitations.

Cheers
I

As Izan and Storm clearly stated........ the Mind is very powerful.

Failure to use ones Mind = total laziness.

"Intellectual laziness has nothing to do with a lack of intelligence. It's a refusal to use it. More like the death of curiosity."

@Izan thank you this is very cool advice.
Sadly even with different nic-level vapes I could be heavily abusing even the lowest nic-level vape.

But it's still the best workaround I've seen!

Do you drink coffee? Sodas? Caffeine has similar effects on your body that nicotine does. Both are addictive, however I do think whatever you're reading is over blowing the effects of nicotine. This is what some want you to believe and they're perfectly willing to hype up the negatives without looking at the entire picture.

I clealy didn't mean to discuss the health aspect here.
I just want to keep blood pressure levels/heart rate lower throught the day because it's very important for longevity and that's a fact.
Coffee in the morning is bad in terms of elevated blood pressure, still it's off my system by noon. Rest of the day I would like to keep my blood pressure in check.
It was proven multiple times in studies (that I of course won't even bother to look up, sorry) that nicotine wrecks your sleep (increased resting heart rate) and has negative impact on GYM performance (bad bloodflow) - these are really primary things I would like to fix with setting puff limits in certain times of the day other than just keeping the levels as low as possible throught the day.

Discipline seems to be important here indeed,
Discipline is easily wrecked by different life factors and actually even because of bad sleep. Sleep is wrecked by nicotine - there's negative feedback loop :) Anyway, life puts us through different hardships and next time you know you're mindlessly sucking that thing again 24/7. Especially if work/lifestyle allows it.
I was just hoping to find a decent solution like I once found on mobile phones for Tiktok kind of habbits. All you need is a signal “No, you’re abusing this thing. Wait some time and try again…”.
