vapealicious LET DOWN!

I've read a few posts on here already about the terrible customer service from Vapealicious. Now this is my second order and I'm not sure why I even gave them my money the second time. My first order took forever along the lines of 2 weeks just to get a shipping number and didn't receive my order for another week and a half after that. I decided to place another order with them completely based off of their flavors...they are delicious. I ordered the 4th of July and haven't heard a thing from them yet and it's now the 26th. I've tried numerous times to contact them via facebook, email and phone calls. No return call, email or messages and I know now this will be my last order from them. The flavors I ordered I won't even smoke because in the 3 weeks I've waited so far I've dropped nicotine milligrams and they will be far to strong. I am very dissatisfied and will never recommend this seller. I'm sorry but this is completely unacceptable.

The last time I ordered from them it wasn't an unreasonable amount of time, but I did wait longer then what other vendors fulfilled orders in. I usually order jugs and order before I run out, so if it takes longer the usual it's not much of an issue for me. But if you need it soon, they aren't always the speediest.

Sounds like NET.com with half a year of sudden sicknesses and a divorce and a relocation and now offline "to handle orders". Can't believe people still order from this place. "Sorry, off on a tangent from a bad experience. This is never a good thing and pretty much spells trouble. Vapelish appears to be doing pretty much the same thing with the family emergency and relocation crap. I wouldn't buy from them with a free giftcard until they prove themselves again.

Doesn't appear that's ever gonna happen. As of right now they have been de-listed as a registered ECF supplier and their forum is closed. Apparently they wouldn't even contact ECF over issues with their supplier account let alone resolve their customer complaints about service. There's "can't be bothered" and then there's "WTH???"

To Our Amazing Customers,

I wanted to take a few minutes to let everyone know that we have officially completed our Relocation and Restructuring. It has not come without Bumps and Kinks in the Road as we do have a small amount of order remaining in the site from our relocation that we are finishing up, Those should be competed and shipped by Tuesday of next week. One of our Flavoring Suppliers failed to update our information correctly and shipped a Large Flavoring Order to our old Location which is now over 3 hours from where we relocated. It is scheduled to be delivered this weekend and once received I will be processing order non stop until all are out.

Lucky 7 went down the toilet too? Gotta go check that out. I was thinking more along the lines of Ms T.

Just for giggles I placed an order with Vapealicious because I had a gift certificate to use up. Order placed 07/27. No surprise that I'm reporting in here that it hasn't shipped yet. Fourteen days and a no ship, yet they are sending e-mails begging for more orders? Caveat emptor...

Don't count on them rejoining ECF. Read the sticky on the closed forum, now in the archves, from the supplier moderator. Then find their reply to the moderator trying to get them to contact ECF in one of the customer complaints threads. They sure do have a lot of reasons why everything is someone's fault but theirs.

We have finished Relocating and have started to pump out the orders. If you have an order waiting to be processed, please be patient with us as we are working around the clock to get everyone their Yummies in a quick and timely manner. This Move was very important for us to keep up with the current demand which will allow us to better Serve you.

If you have an email waiting for a response, It will take us a while to get back with them as we have a massive amount of emails to go through. Our internet connections were just installed Yesterday so we have not had a chance to go through them. We wanted to get on all the orders quickly so that we are not further delaying your Juice.

This is on their homepage so hopefully things will go good for you. you might consider getting like flavors with lower or 0 nic from someplace else and mix down their juice so you can vape it.

I have called them numerous of times, emailed them numerous of times and still have yet to hear from them! By far the worst customer service ever!! Their website clearly states orders will be out after 7 days... It's been obviously much longer..smh

Figured I would update here, instead of starting a new thread. I had this same problem with them 2 years ago. I loved their juices, but got fed up with the awful customer service and show shipping times.

I decided to give them another try, since it has been so long....

Here is the email I sent today. I ordered on the 14th!

"It has been close to 3 weeks since I ordered this. I enjoy your juices, but this is the same problem I had a couple of years ago with you guys.

After receiving this email in October, I decided to give you a try again:
" We can now officially say to everyone that your orders will be shipping once placed within 24-48 hours.. If an order is going to take longer to process a notification will be sent out to our customers notifying them of the Delay.. We have a passion for what we do here at Vapealicious Juice and we hope it shows with the products we send out."

I am extremely disappointed. I never received a "delay" notification. I had hoped to get this by thanksgiving, to give some family in town some juice."

They supposedly "updated" their system. What a load of crap. They will never change. They have been making the same excuses for years.

I am tempted to contact the credit card company I used and file a dispute.
