Vapedemand, mods and liquids.

I'm looking at some mod combo's on Vapedemand.com (Lé Petit Gros w/ Hobo V2 & 4nine w/ Orchid V3) and was wondering first, is the site legit? And are those mods any good? I'm looking, making the switch from Ego's and tanks to rba's and rda's. And what's a good vape liquid I should try for around $15-$20 per bottle?
