Placed our first order last week on July 25th. Site said processing would be 24-48 hours. On Friday the 27th I opened a ticket asking about the status of our order. Sunday the 29th someone from Vape Dudes replied saying they would send out the remainder of our order first since our Texas Tuff tanks were on back order. The person said they would mail our remaining order on Monday. It's now Wednesday. Nothing has been received. Last night around midnight I received a tracking number for the USPS. I've checked the number and it doesn't look as if it has shipped yet. I'm thinking the tracking number is for the items that were supposed to go out on Monday. After having quick shipping from 3 other suppliers I'm disappointed in Vape Dudes shipping and communication. We're supposed to receive 2 packages of Boges which we've needed since we ordered last week. So far no tanks, no Boges, no juice, nada. Although we were given double rewards points I don't feel as though this will be our go to supplier.
