How long are people waiting to have their orders show up in the mail. I ordered on Nov 4....here it is Nov 17 and nothing! I am super bummed at the long wait. I have never ordered from them before so I hope it was worth the wait. Geez!

I placed my order on 11/02, and I'm still in the 'processing' phase. I'd suggest ordering from Mt. Baker Vapors if you're running low on juice, as they ship as close to same day as possible (If you order before 1 PM West Coast, they'll have it in the mail same day). They're prices are also ludicrously low. $11 for a 50 mL.
I've ordered from Vape Dudes and the waiting time for my order is what is keeping me from reordering in the future.

they took 3 weeks to get my order to me as well,,,,,,,,they were NEVER that slow in the past,,,I've been ordering for months from them,,,,,,,,5 days and it was in my mailbox EVERY SINGLE TIME,,,,,,,,
they must be inundated,,,,,,,I can understand,,,,,,,but I can't wait that long for juice. I now DIY, but my daughter loves their Ice Ice,,,,,,I used to order it,,,,,,,but she went 2 weeks without that flavor because of their slow shipping,,,,,,,,not likely to order again, unfortunately,,,,,,they don't need my business if they are that busy, and I want my stuff faster.

Keep a stash going, get a bottle every paycheck or something. It's great juice, they juice hired a second juicer, because it's down by hand by well trained peeps.
I also heard they are getting bigger space, hopefully a few more juicers and customer service dudes.

It has nothing to do with hand made juice. They've always had that. Vape Dudes used to have very quick ship out times. For some reason they now have along wait. Nothing has changed in terms of how they make the juice, just the time it takes to ship. I've ordered from them in the past and they were as quick as other vendors. They do make good juice, but the times are too long now. Maybe they need to take on some more staff. Or maybe they have already planned that.
Well I don't think they are busier than HHV,I placed a order with Heathers Heavenly Vapes a week after I ordered from VapeDudes and HHV shipped my order already.

I agree that they used to be much faster,,,,,it makes me wonder if something happened,,,,like a family emergency or the loss of some employees or something,,,,,the email they sent my husband when he inquired said that they had only one person mixing the juices and they worked 7 days a week. I really loved them, so I will be watching to see if their ship time gets any faster,,,,if it does, I'll gladly order again,,,,,,but if it stays 10 days, it's just too long to wait,,,,,,,,even if the juice is wonderful.
Placed my order November 7th. It is currently still in processing. I knew it was going to take a while, but this is kind of ridiculous. I have plenty to vape at the moment, which is why I wanted to give them a try since I can wait, but I'm getting impatient. Hurry up already... I want to see what the fuss is all about their butterscotch!!

They are actually closing down for a day or two, catch up with the orders and then re open for more orders, just got a second juicer.. It's a huge inconvenience, I 100% agree, but that's the price for cheap juice that's high quality, and a great rewards program.

I think they're smart to close up for a few days,,,,,,I'd rather be told to try again in a few days than order and not have it sent out in a timely manner,,,,,
hopefully the second Juicer will help!!!!!! I do love their Ice Ice (and my daughter is hooked on it!) she's been having to make due with my DIY and I haven't figured menthol out yet! (at least she was until she got her order)

Are they? I'm not sure about that. I'm a huge fan of HHV, but I imagine many new customers are attracted to the 40% off discount for new orders and that hits them with a lot of orders. That's just conjecture though.
I think you're totally right. And that is a super deal. And I know I ordered a TON of flavors with that 40% off,,,,got my freebie, knew I loved them, and ordered a TON,,,,,,,
then my daughter did the same when I recommended them to her.
good point. these are small shops, and can easily get overwhelmed. they had a free bottle of juice on facebook as well. my guess, they just got hammered!
