I was able to speak with them... Thank God!!! Advertised coupon codes here AND at "Reddit" they pulled "not valid code" immediately! In buying a 30 watt I Stick for my husband; (LOVE mine) 
... their "item description" says that with this "sale item" comes the 510 adapter and lip, and DOES indicate that it DOES NOT come with the charger, which is no big deal AT ALL... On the phone they admitt that the "item description" is misleading and only the BATTERY is included... I'd even written them an email on Facebook @ the cupon code ? and reported that I'd read some negative things @ their site/ store and that everyone/ all companies included make some mistakes and that I wanted to be a satisfied consumer, one which I had a good experience with... I am soooo glad I could get someone in the week that I'd been looking into this! I WILL STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE (they'd also given an estimated total, then wanted to add an extra $5, another shipping cost to this order). This advertised $29.99 sale was COMPLETELY BOGUS!!! I was able to avoid a bad experience when I would not click to add another $5... I'd already put in my credit card #, but was able to back out before "confirming". VAPENW a COMPLETE NO GO for this easy to please kid (ehhh I don't know that "kid" really corresponds with my age at this point). Please check closely EVERYTHING you wish to order from this site... That's my dibs anyway. I wish YOU, however, a positive experience in getting what you want!

So to summarize, the lack of an ego adapter, $5 shipping fee, and a coupon that didn't work on a sale item is why they should be avoided?
Good to know, because for a minute I was thinking that $35 for an istick 30 Watt seemed like a good deal.
VapeNW will always have my support, very good prices and I had an item ruined in transport and they fixed it no questions asked. I know there are others with good experiences as well. Always e-mailed back pretty quickly on questions as well.

I've spoken with Ian on the phone several times he's a good guy and will help you with anything. They carry quality products. Authentic and clones. If it's a clone they tell you. And there clones are 9/10. 1 to 1 and the best of the best.
Ya a coupon code is nice, but a honest trustworthy site with good prices is better.

Just got a lemo drop from them. With the $5.00 shipping, it was $30.00 and change. Could not find anyone else that had it cheaper even with shipping cost included. Got it in 2 1/2 days. It was my first order from them but probably will not be my last.
Vape NW has such great prices, that coupon codes are not offered. This way, all of their customers can take advantage of the great deals they have.

That's too bad you had a bad experience with them. I have ordered several orders from them totaling in the hundreds of dollars and have never had a problem. I have noticed that their prices seem to be as low or lower than most other sites and they ship quickly. Even preorders are sent out on the anticipated day or earlier.
