I won't buy from them because of their return policy, sometimes because of my job two days isn't enough.

They may offer great prices and shipping but the policy on returns and defect is to tight.

This is the mature and responsible way to be a consumer. Understand the vendor's policies and make an informed decision based on them.

The immature and irresponsible way to be a consumer is to whine and cry on the Internet when a vendor sticks to its guns and refuses to bend over backwards in order to protect its low pricing for the mature and responsible consumers.

I've never been able to wait 2 hours to check out a new piece of gear. No way I'd make it to 2 days without firing it up. After about 6 hours the fact that there was a tank in my kit that didn't have a coil in it would send me into an OCD induced frenzy. Lol!

Yeah... I ordered a new mod for my xmas present from my husband -- but when it got here, before I wrapped it as a gift, I tried it out to make sure it wasn't DOA. That's just common sense; try it out as soon as it arrives, because if you don't, and it's DOA, you have only yourself to blame.

I bought two defective Sigelei 75Ws from them. I didn't try them out for 4 days as I bought 5 mods for their Black Friday sale. They were completely understanding about that, and took them back. And now that I'm aware of the 2 day thing I won't putz around next time.

I have never used this site, but a friend of mine did and had no issues. I just ordered the Smok X Cube II Mini, along with the Uwell Rafael, nickel coils, and some other nic nacs. I know they are headquartered of out Washington and I live in New York so I am not sure how long it should take to arrive. I ordered yesterday and the tracking said the shipping label was created this morning, but it hasn't been updated yet. I did pay the extra 5 dollars for the 1-2 say shipping but I don't know if it will make it by then considering it hasn't shipped out yet. I was a bit wary, because the prices do seem a little too good to be true. But spending 130 dollars is not a lot different than I would have spent elsewhere. I just hope that it arrives promptly, without any issues. I'll update once I get it.

I've made a few purchases from them. No problems with product or service from them. I used to work 2 blocks from their location and could be there in half an hour if I wanted.
Re: shipment tracking - I've had the same issue where the USPS tracking info shows the label being created and then nothing shows for a day or two. I'm convinced that because of the volume of their shipments through USPS that the packages aren't scanned when picked up, and that causes the lack of tracking info.

I had one issue about 2 months ago regarding an RX200 order.
They didn't hesitate to rectify my problem within minutes of the email I sent them.

Actually I was quite pleased with their customer service. I now buy almost everything from VapeNW.

Did the tank leak............or did user Blow the coil? Tanks just Hold liquid. coil heads or customer build coils do the work

With ANY Vendor, Online or B&M - Read/Ask, Know what you are getting into.

For this Vendor, generally Good products at reasonable prices. Lots of forum member have purchased New release items from them as they stay on top of trends.

I am glad that I saw this thread and AB Khan's review. I was about to make a large purchase from VapeNW, but I will take my business elsewhere.

The link to their return policy is right on the front page of their site (near the bottom). I understand your frustration, but please explain how not reading the return policy, and not checking/using the device for almost a week after receiving it is VapeNW's fault.

I have rarely read the return policies for any of the Vape stores. I incorrectly assumed that the highly recommended stores such as VapeNW would have at least fairly reasonable terms and policies, but apparently that may not be the case.

For those of us that travel, even occasionally, it would be virtually impossible to order from a site where you had no guarantee when your product would arrive, and then had to be home and test it within 2days of its arrival.

I just placed an order last Friday at around 5:00 pm. They had both the rba and mech I was looking for. I just paid for standard shipping and received order Monday before noon. That's Washington to Alabama. I was amazed it was processed over a weekend let alone an order placed that late in the day. Only problem is I'm still waiting for the batteries from somewhere else to get here and I can't use the mod.
