Welcome Qayser, not from Malaysia but just a little south of you. There are others from Malaysia and Singapore on the forum whom you will get to know.

The standard cart holds approx 15 drops and I used to find them a hassle to fill and top off all the time as well. I've since changed to the soft tip cartomisers from eastmall.net. These take approx 35 drops when new and I change them over as soon as the taste changes. I then refill about 25 drops.

So you could give them a try, they hold a lot more juice.

Hi and welcome. Yes your atty gets thirsty too often. That's because you vape too much.

To prolong the life of your atty, alternately vape on two or three atty.
Do not overheat them. Do not drop them.
Use high nicotine and control your vaping style.
Take good care of them - even by washing them regularly. After washing, use a bicycle pump to blow them from the bottom (the end with smaller hole).

Enjoy and reflect on it for it should have been invented a very long time ago :)

thx man, ill give that a shot...are you using any pass through? planning to get one, can be handy at the office.... btw any idea who do i speak with to ask maybe for a special thread for south east asia members? coz they have an ecig forum in Malaysia, but its a ghost town... nobody joins or post anything

Yes, I use an eGo passthrough in my office and just unplug the lead from the battery if I have to go out. Then it just acts as a normal eGo 650mah battery. I also use 900mah eGo and Riva 750mah batteries when I'm on the go.

Not sure on the Malaysian Forum but I'm certain others here will know.

Welcome Qayser90,

There is a very active and nice poster from Singapore you can PM. I'm sure she would be thrilled to hear from you. She says her main focus is in helping new vapers. Her name is Zeroi. Do you know how to PM (private message) yet?

As a previous poster mentioned, you may have better luck with a cartomizer. If you choose to try this, be sure and let the juice soak in for about 15 minutes before using it for better performance. Good luck.

From your backyard - Sabah. Have used 306, 510, 910, ego mega, various cartomizers. First anniversary this Christmas.
Oh.. and pass through is good to save your batteries.

Im planning to get one of those Golden Greek with AVS... looks so tempting... but then i saw the news on mods blowing on ppl's face and leaking AVS...where do u get ur stuff from mate?

Hello, Philippines here. I travel to Malaysia at least once a year for my visa run (kuala lumpur) and really love the area.

I'm currently using an ego as well, but opted for the cartomizers over carts as they last a lot longer. I'll be working on a genesis atty (see "All my mods" thread in modders forum) that will fit perfectly with my ego, and could probably send you a few when all my parts arrive and I get them built. I'll only charge for shipping (actual shipping cost, not some made up number like a lot of people do), and possibly sot to have end caps machined depending on how much it costs me (the philippines is very cheap and I'll likely only have to pay roughly $1-2 for each end cap so it won't be anything dramatically expensive).

I'll tag this thread in case you're interested, or send me a PM and I'll let you know as soon as I'm done making them. If not, no worries either.

Always good to see another Malaysian on the boards!

If you're tired of the constant refilling, try cartomizers. There are quite a number of variations around and all have their pros and cons. Many would probably recommend those new ceramic cartos, but I kind of like the original Joye 510 cartos.

Happy vaping!

Which part are you from viking? do u actually have the mod on ur display picture... that looks awesome...

Wait I'm not sure which one genesis atty is, but just to be sure, does it have a liquid tank?

Sure Does, check out this thread: All My Mods part 1

I've got the mesh (#325 and #400) on order, as well as 2 rolls of kanthal (0,16mm and 0,20mm) on order.. I'll probably (hopefully) get them delivered right before xmas, so I figure I'll have some made some time in the first week of January or so.

I figure I have enough mesh and kanthal to make at least 20 of them. I'll be using one of my eGo batteries for sizing the tube, then it's just a matter of finding a competent machinist to make the caps and whatnot.

I'll keep you posted on my progress, but for right now it's a waiting game. Could take anywhere from 2 weeks to a month to get my orders delivered (mail here is super slow.. even when overnighting from dhl/fedex, stuff sits in customs for a week or more sometimes); but as soon as I get the stuff in, it's production time ><
