So having learned of the new B-type tank atomizers and carts for the eGo system I did some searching on where to get them for a decent price and came across Vaperite's site. His prices were pretty good -- best I found for the atomizers so far, and since I wanted to get some new juices from wherever I ordered my hardware from to make the order more worthwhile, I decided on a couple.

The first I chose was Toffle (26mg pure PG), apparently a limited edition "accidental" concoction that is a mixture of toffee and waffle flavours. I'm usually the sort that prefers something like a tobacco or coffee flavour as my all-day vape (but he was out of coffee -- he's making more this week apparently) but after trying this, it has become my new all-day vape. A lovely, buttery-sweet pancake syrup type of flavour with a mild malt undertone. The flavouring uses a grain alcohol base, so there is a noticeable, almost medicinal alcohol aftertaste, but I actually didn't find it unpleasant; it came off almost like a sweet liqueur in the same way real alcohol-extracted vanilla does. The throat hit is solid and smooth -- I bought the stronger stuff because I wanted a stronger hit with less draw, and this does it extremely well. The consistency seems perfect for tanks -- no gumming up of the atty and smooth feed without any dry spots. So far my favourite vape of all that I've tried to date.

The second was Western Tobacco (which will now be called simply "Tobacco" because apparently Big Tobacco doesn't want Todd using that name). I ordered the 26mg pure PG stuff but got 18mg -- but he's sending out a replacement at 26mg for the mixup, which is awesome. To start with, this is about the most natural-tasting leaf tobacco flavour I've ever tried. It's incredibly fresh-tasting with a very light sweetness. There's a nice throat hit there even with the 18mg, though I have to take a deeper draw to get it because of the lower strength -- but that brings up a bit of a problem I found with this liquid. The consistency seems just a little bit thicker than the Toffle, just that little bit of extra viscosity seems to cause feed problems as after I prime it with a few good dry pulls, I'll get a few good pulls out of it before the TH diminishes and I start getting dry, burnt hits. I initially chalked it up to a bad puncture of the tank (it made a mess even after turning it several times, and I tried scraping the remnants of the chad off to limited success) but I tried a fresh tank with a proper puncture and chad removal with the same results. I'm hoping the 26mg stuff will be just a little bit thinner and solve the feed problems, because this really is a very tasty juice.

So far I'm very pleased with Todd's artisanal juices. My selection is kind of limited as I can only vape PG (too much VG makes me cough and I find it doesn't feed well in tanks) and his specialty is organic VG, but the pair I've tried so far are exceptional in flavour, and the Toffle at least works perfectly in my tanks, tastes amazing, and provides an excellent throat hit. I do wish he'd sell in larger bottles than the 18ml he provides. (His Western Tobacco is available in a 60ml though, which I may order if I like the 26mg stuff he's sending).

I'll be ordering more from him this coming weekend.
