Hello all,

Forgive me if this has been addressed, but I could not find any relating threads.

I made a pre-order through www.vaperizevapors.com for the Zenith V2 and GI2. I have heard this is a legit vendor, but I was suprised to see the GI2 pre-order is still open where no other sites are still offering it or are all sold out.

Also the last update about the Zenith was 4/25/14, and no update info or even a posible release is posted for the Gi2.

Should I be worried?

Any opionions from the pros out there would be appreciated.

I posted to soon. Short version is I received a usps tracking number weeks ago and it still has no info. I sent this company a email and they said all orders for my # (dont have it right now) have shipped

Waited and still no usps info. Sent another email and was told there was a delay due to CMII. So first they said it shipped and hen they said it hasn't.
What are other members experience with this vendor? I have read on other forums where refund request are unanswered ect... I pre ordered the zenith V2, GI2 and the Axis. That is alot of money for me and I am starting to wonder if I should cancel, and if they don't respond dispute the charges with my bank or just wait.
If this vendor is truly legit I dont mind waiting and understand delays happen that they can't control.
Are they legitimate?

Where do I start..... I have emailed Beverly @ vaperize vapor at least 10 times I've called her number twice just to make sure ITS BEEN DISCONNECTED! I pre ordered the castle rda two tone for $79 I was getting automated email messages the first 2 of 10 emails from her stating the same that there's been a month delay etc etc...... I decide to check my bank and sure enough she whacked my card she did that in a timely manner (immediately) I see next to vendor name there's a cell which I mentioned above its a Verizon cell phone area code is California..... Can anyone else attest to either their credibility or if they are which I suspect a SCAM! The time line for eta hasn't passed so I'll see its supposed to be here at the end of June?? Either way she's a horrible business woman for not returning calls or via 2 different email addresses.

BTW this is my first pre order...... Is it common practice to take a customers money prior to the vendor even receiving the product? Because I thought they whack your card once it arrives to them or ships to us...... So that way we'd know that it in fact has arrived!!! Thank you in advance for any help you all can provide.!

I actually just sent them an email requesting a refund and disputed the charges with my credit card. The site has a ton of negative reviews that just popped up in the past few days saying that it's all a scam. As my mod has not been shipped if the owner is hoping to still be able to accept credit cards they will refund the charge

Like I said people have received stuff from them before. Best bet is to dispute the charge with your credit card. The email that's attached to the receipt is for Guam and when I researched it it says they have a brick and mortar there. It's a 671 number. Try looking them up on yelp and calling them.

I just sent them an email that asked them to refund my money. Then I registered a dispute with my credit card who will be demanding the money back from them as well. If they don't abide then they should be threatened with the inability to take credit cards and therefore lose business. Either way it helps to get the ball rolling

I put in a dispute with my bank obtained a new card number will get my money back in a few days........ I don't understand what you saying cob ppl like this don't care about future transactions because to do something like this your probably not going to use your real name because they're criminals it's a scam and they're thieves so I would suggest everyone dispute the charge.... I suspected foul play when they charged my card 2 days after I pre ordered the castle RDA ? 4 days after that other sites had the same product, the castle for sale in stock!

I'm in the same boat with Zenith v2 as well :(

This is what I got from Beverly last:

On behalf of Vaperize I would like to personally say thank you for continual support. I understand the frustration you're having with the CMI orders, and I breaks my heart to always have to break the bad news, after speaking with our Philippines office, I wanted to inform the official date for items is the end of this month, all US orders will be shipped out via DHL or USPS express, so that these precious items can be received and in your care immediately as possible, in addition we will be sending complementary AFC rings (1) per zenith order as well a complimentary juice sample sets. Once you have received your order and there is a defect on the item please kindly send them back so we can get your items replace. As for future purchases, I would like to inform you that there won't anymore delays, we are taking our distribution to a new level that will also take care of the US market completely, every release date will be the same. As for refunds, please allow us 1 week to process, due to constant change on the high risk industry, our merchant provider has requested that refunds will done on a monthly bases or possibly every two weeks. If you have any concerns please contact me on my personal cell number or schedule a call back from me and I will personally handle all your concerns. Thank you for your understanding.

P.S sorry for the delay I just got back in from the Vape Summit.

Oh and this is the number that's on my bank statement 1 714-659-4694 Santa Ana California called disconnected via automated message by Verizon...... Horrible business practice...I have a question because I'm new to this pre order B.S..... On a pre order are they supposed to take your money *fully prior to shipping orrrrrr put a hold to verify funds like a rental car company would do then charge your card when you turn the car in...... Like I said business ran like this just strange.. You don't need working capital using customers money as your capital. Ok I'm done lol

That's a great business model........ Nottttt .......... everyone one send me there money plus 100% mark up and I think I could break into this e cig business....... Its called working capital and if you don't have enough to keep a business running for one year with modest sales you shouldn't be in business apparently vaperize vapor and Beverly encarnacion shouldn't be in business! Thanks cob.... because you just helped me to decide never to pre order...... ever again!

We are an exclusive retailer and wholesale distributor for these items, after careful negotiation with CMI, we are filing a law suit and requesting a full refund of payment for Vaperize.

Regardless, what about Vapesmith the makers of the Castle RDA-two tone $89.00 pre order..... are they also having issues with them ??? Still have yet to receive anything by way of communication or product to this day ordered may 31 debited from my account June 2nd! I opened an account with them to do this pre order on their site so there's no excuse for not getting these messages to me or any other non cmi customer.... NOT a SATISFIED customer here! WHAT A JOKE VAPERIZE VAPOR IS, NOW ITS GOING TO TAKE UP TO 45 DAYS TO GET MY DISPUTE RESOLVED WITH VISA! UNREAL AND NEVER AGAIN!
