Hey Shadow,

I agree Tim's emails are good. I ordered back on 10 January though, and my stuff still hasn't been sent. Some items were out of stock and he said they would be in last week then he said they would be in a couple days ago and nothing yet. I'm new to this game so don't know if this is normal? Been a month. I really want to get a solid Canadian supplier and I liked his web page. He did appologize for the delay and said he would throw in some extra juice which is good customer service.

Maybe I'm just too impatient.

It's quite a normal anual thing this time of year due to the month long Chinese holidays added on top of the international shipping delays and of course our sometimes annoying customs.

Hang in there....... we should all see things stabilize very shortly once again.

Hiya,

We have a number of orders (people who have been ordering out of stock items or pre ordering) that were supposed to have gone out by Monday but the shipment still hasn't arrived yet even though it cleared customs on the 4th.

Like Greg said, this is most likely due to the Chinese New Years rush. Everything should be going out by this week though. My apologies to everyone waiting on their pre orders, there are quite a few of you. It seems like whenever customs isn't sitting on our orders, Canada Post is.

Thanks folks,

I'm keeping the faith...my timing is almost always off on things.

In fairness to Tim and his company, he offered twice to substitute my order with similar in-stock items which would have had me vaping a long time ago...

Also, it was my own fault for not seeing the out-of-stock notification when I placed the order.

Just wanted to clarify that I wasn't slamming Vapesmart...I was more curious about how things regularly work in the world of on line ordering because of border issues etc.

Readers please don't interpret my earlier message as a slam against Vapesmart I plan to be one of Tim's very regular customers. Thanks.
