Hi, I'm a new vaper and I ordered a Novo off of VapeSourcing.com a Chinese company on December 10th it was processed on December 12th and sent out It's supposed to arrive in 13-20businesss days via air mail I checked the tracking on it and my package has been at "YVR, ARRIVED AT DESTINATION AIRPORT"(Vancouver airport) since December 18th and hasn't moved one bit its currently December 30th is there any reason as to why this would happen? Please help... They won't reply to my emails and I don't know what to do how can I contact them.
