Great customer service!
I just wanted to say that I placed orders with a couple of vendors a couple of weeks ago, and the liquids I ordered from VitC took some time to get here. It was no fault of the supplier, he sent everything in a timely manner, and even emailed me to ask what to do since he was out of one thing that I ordered. Anyways, this order seemed like it was taking FOReverrrrr to get here, I was checking the USPS tracking watching the package not move for almost a week, which was frustrating, but just when he was ready to replace the order and resend it because we figured it was lost, it started moving and got here the next day. The package must have fallen between the seats of one of the trucks or something. Great email service from the supplier, and although the shipping was delayed, it seems it was more the USPS' fault then the suppliers.
I'm glad that I was able to get the original order, and the supplier didn't have to double up. Just as glad that he didn't resend and then have it show up at the same time as the original order. I always feel bad when that happens. Makes me feel like I'm stealing because the few times I have had that happen (hasn't happened with any ecig suppliers yet), the suppliers always say "Oh, just keep it."
