When I 'discovered' vaping, I knew that I found the tool which would allow me to quit smoking.
The initial novelty of vaping wore off quickly enough due to the requirement of the constant nature that vaping lower nic juices presented. I needed to use two 510s simultaneously because I couldn't wait the small amount of time it took for a solo one to cool down between the constant hitting on it. I used to actually 'cradle' each one next to the base of my icy-cold cocktails at night so that they would cool down even faster. It seemed that during the 'cocktail hour' I could get in front of even the two in tandem, heat-wise.
The difference between 18mg and 24mg nic juice was absolutely meaningless to me. I finally stumbled upon TW's 36mg juice

and went to a 6v mod and then even upped that combo with myfreedomsmokes 48mg menthol.

I was finally able to achieve a nic buzz, vape 'occasionally,' 20-30 times a day, two or three hits each time, and get on with the other things I need to and would rather do during my waking hours.
For the first few weeks of this combo, I was going through 20ml per week or about 3ml per day. As time is going on, I'm vaping even less, now just over 10ml per week and am fairly confident that trend will continue because I just don't have the 'need' as often.
I realize that many people enjoy the process of vaping. I also think that the lower nic juices foster the need on a more constant basis and that some may have themselves 'fooled' that what is really a need for more nicotine is actually an enjoyable act of vaping (constantly).
As always, to-each-his-own and do whatever works for you. For me, cure my nic fits as quickly and infrequently as possible and I'm a 'happy non-smoker.'
