Since I got my PV last thursday, I noticed that I have been vaping alot more than I use to smoke, and from what I read, it is quite normal. With each morning, I wake up feeling as if I had vaped too much, like I did after a long nite of drinking and smoking. Having a very dry feeling in my throat. I seen that I am suppose to be drinking more fluids, especially water, but was wondering if I could initially reduce my intake by switching to a higher mg eliquid? Currently I am using 18mg, 24 mg and have been cutting my 36 mg menthol by mixing different liquids with it. I was wondering if I could just vape the 36 mg?

Any input would be great, & thank you in advance.

I vape 36 all the time. You will still need to drink water though, as vaping does tend to dry you out.
The 36 kills the need to vape more often and it also helps through difficult days. It works for me anywho!

Adding:
If it gives you the jitters, headache or extra bathroom time it could be a bit too much nicotine.

i used to smoke ultra lights... i vape mg which is more like a "light". i can vape 18, but i get the jitters. maybe you should get a bottle of 18 or even 11 and vape your face off. my thought is that you might try going the other way. larger amounts of lower nicotine. it may be the tactile habit that is moving you. drink lots of water and you should be fine. good luck!

I would be more concerned about increasing your fluids rather than the nic level. Waking up feeling "hung over" is usually a sign of basic dehydration. Nearly all of us vaped a lot more than we smoked at first. I would agree with sl_rat and suggest lowering your nic level, drink lots of water, and VAPE AWAY!
