vaping won't stop birth control effectiveness if that's what you're concerned about. I would personally think the actual smoke would cause the issues. Nicotine may constrict blood vessels to a degree. Smoking increases chances of stroke and some other ailments which birth control also increases. This leads me to think it's the smoke and the 3,000+ chemicals which are the main issue.

At the end of the day on this issue your wife should really ask her OBGYN the implications of using nicotine. I'm only making semi-educated common sense guesses.
