Today at work, the hotel (which adjoins my office building at work) was hosting an event for Mitt Romney and Chris Christe. The police and secret service was all over outside all day (could pick out the secret service by the hookers hanging around). 
I took my normal daily constitutional walks around the building vaping all the while, on my everyday black box mod (my detonator..
) with a vivi nova tank on top. I was not even questioned, not sure if that's a good sign (acceptance) or bad (incomplacent security).
