The sweet juices really do nip those cravings in the bud for me.

You can try any of the dessert flavors and see if they work for you. My recommendation- Ultimate Vanilla from Tasty Vapor. It tastes JUST like a funfetti cupcake. I swear by it. When I get my post count up, I'll do a review on it and other good juices...and bad that I've bought.

The only thing is that sometimes you have to treat them like dessert in my experience, and not drag on them all day if they are really rich.

Yep, I've dropped 5 to 7 #s this last month. Not good in my case, but now reminding myself to drink water and eat every few hrs is helping lots. I think it was the newness factor rather than sweet that mostly contributed to my own lack of eating. I'd be reading here and vaping, then suddenly realize it was midnight already. No supper, off to bed for work the next day cycle type of thing. Certainly not thinking of snacks as much either though.

I bought a neat variety in a group lot over on the classifieds section. I am dripping Berry Smoothie Cold 0 nic from Sweet Vapes right now. I like it better than the chocolate ice cream that's untouched in the freezer apparently.

My ol' lady has mild Diabetes and put herself on a strict sugar and carbs diet about a year ago. This means she doesn't have too many options as far as candy, cake, icecream or any other delicious junk food. A lot of fruits are even too sugary for her. So she loves the wide variety of e-juice flavors. They really seem to cure her cravings for sweets.

R. Lee Ermey vs. Rachael Ray on banning ecig (as long as he is in FMJ character of course).....I love Full Metal Jacket, had to get that in, sorry.

Please continue discussing...

I love the fruit flavored juices. Strawberry and peach two of my favorites. But I never eat candy. Unfortunately I've gained 10 lbs in the 4 1/2 months since I went vapor exclusively. Food tastes soooo good. Maybe if there was a grilled ribeye juice???

How about Baby-Back-Ribs... They think of everything.

Another healthy side of vaping is in the gym. I no longer have to end a set because I'm tired out, I can lift until my muscles fail. My gains have definitely increased.

The gym is exactly why I finally decided to vape. I felt like I'd peaked and when I went to go to a more strenuous workout I'd hit a wall and had nothing left in the tank.

To tie into the OP's post, now that I'm doing more working out on a regular basis, I'm more acutely aware of the "cost" of all those sweet treats. Vaping the PB&J from Ms T's, for instance, scratches my itch without having to have the real thing.
