Vaping as a Smoking Cessation Tool

Hey friends

I don't know how many people here live in the UK or follow UK news, but did anybody see on Sky News yesterday that finally there is some scientific data to back up what we all know. vaping can work as a smoking cessation tool! According to Sky News University College London did a survey of 5,863 smokers and 60% were "more likely" to succeed in giving up than those using other cessation methods. 22% of people that vape with an e-cig quit analog smoking for good compared to only 11.1% that use traditional nicotine replacement therapies.

Finally we have some evidence to silence the critics and non-liberals that want to make vaping illegal in public places. Let's spread the word that there is scientific evidence supporting the fact that vaping is a viable way to stop smoking, therefore benefiting our health as well as our wallets!!

It just occurred to me - not only is this the most painless and irritationless help to quit smoking, but because I'm vaping all these great flavours, I'm not eating more either. Lots of people, when quitting smoking eat all the time instead but I feel like I'm getting treats all the time in the Vapor - coffee, candy, fruit. Wow, that's a huge bonus. I can't express how amazed I am at how well this is working for me. I didn't even start vaping to quit smoking, but cigs taste so lousy, it has just happened. It's a real live miracle for me!
