I am having problems trying to get a hold of anyone through email or phone. I need to get into contact for I can either figure out my ID issue or just cancel my order in general! Thank you in advance!
I placed an order through Vaping.com on December 11th. I received an email saying my verification ID was approved on December 12th and as of December 16th I still have not received an email about my order shipping. I even paid for express shipping. My order number is V100230223. I would either like my order delivered soon or my money back.
