Vaping/customer service experience

I'm new here, and although I read a lot on here and appreciate all the info available, I have not yet posted anything. I've been trying the e-cig thing for a while, but after buying several crap ones from my local convenience store I had pretty much given up on the whole thing, One day a buddy of mine came into work with a 510 5volt passthru. Loved it. So much so that I went to ecigg.org (which I learned about on this site). Got it and liked it but not as much as I had thought. Unfortunately it shipped with one bad atomizer, but Johnny expressed me another one in it's place, awesome. After about a week a battery burned out and I was not liking the fact that I had to charge it so frequently. When I let Johnny know this he was willing to RMA the product for me without a problem, HERE IS THE KICKER...I didn't really want the 510 anymore and was looking at the ego and dreading buying another starter kit, but Johnny actually let me send it back to him, just the batteries, and PCC and he sent me the EGO starter kit in it's place, not only that, but he sent me more atomizers and cartridges. Best customer service experience ever. I have since found another company which is much closer to me, but I can tell you, just based on the experience I had with Johnny at ecigg.org, I will go out of my way to do business with them again. Just my two cents, anyone who is unsure should definitely give them a shot, the prices on hardware are pretty good, and the customer service is extraordinary. For that reason, Johnny and ecigg.org will be getting repeat business from me. Hope to learn a lot more from all the seasoned vets out there

Welcome to the ECF and thank you for sharing a great customer service story.That kind of response is truly above and beyond, but hopefully it has earned Ecigg some nice repeat business. Johnny and ecigg,org truly are enjoyable to deal with. Lately a coworker of mine has had a very negative experience with shoddy VV eGo quality and pretty poor CS from another vendor, so a positive story is good to hear.
