vaping HQ is a new supplier to ECF. I had placed an order early Thursday Morning. I got the shipping confirmation e-mail before noon that day and it arrived in Fridays mail (next state over).
Late Friday night I noticed that the 2 atties in the kit weren't working. I sent an e-mail to Steve explaining the problem. When I woke up Saturday morning I had an e-mail from him saying he would send me 2 new atties.
