Vaping in the caribbean

I'm booking a cruise to Montego Bay, Grand Cayman and Cozumel. I know the policy on the ship but does anyone know the policies in these areas? I don't want to end up in a foreign jail! Thanks

I DO plan to. Someone else is taking care of the arrangements because i can't get out of work right now. Just wondered if anyone had any recent experience at these places. Thanks
Oooh! New Orleans We were there recently to visit and will be cruising from there too. Love it but the humidity is too much like home in the summer.
