Vaping in the Gulf Qatar

So after being ripped off and overcharged by around 300% by some individual in Qatar i would like to try and order my own personal supply of equipment and E juice. Has anybody any information as the best website to use to order for shipment to Qatar. I believe i may face issues with customs but im willing to take a small gamble as a lot of people are finding ways to have products shipped to Qatar. I just want to stay of the cigarettes and would massively appreciate any help. I was thinking of trying fasttech any suggestions or feedback or even a reputable e liquid supplier would be hugely appreciated.
