For those of you who refused to Smoke analogs in the house for reasons of not bothering non-smokers with the tobacco smell, do you still maintain that rule when vaping, is the smell very noticeable to others? My nose is still not quite sensitive enough to tell yet due to the fact that I got so used to the smell of smoke that I didn't notice it.

I never smoked in the house, I couldn't stand the smell and didn't want to stink up the place. I vape inside all the time. There's very little odor and it isn't offensive. My wife has never complained about it at all. Mostly I vape in my office with the door closed and a slight odor does build up after a while but it isn't bad at all.

I vape in the house now when I would never smoke in it. Some of the juices I use have an odor, but mostly they are pleasant and my wife doesn't mind. I only have one flavor that bothers her (purecig from FSUSA) so I slip outside when I vape that one. She loves the smell fom my waffle juice except it makes her crave waffles!

I vape in the house all the time. I only smoke sweet flavors. I am like a little kid. Chocolate, butterfinger, lemon poundcake... Kind of sad really. LOL I can smell them when I walk in the house after being out for a bit, but its just a sweet rather pleasant odor. There is NOTHING even remotely unpleasant about it. No different than any of a dozen different candle scents that one might purchase.

I didn't smoke in the house but my kids always complained anyway when I came back inside after having a smoke ("Ewwwww Mom...go away, you stink!"). Now I vape in the house - mainly in my bedroom while I'm on my laptop - and also in the car (with or without the kids). My kids have said that they can detect a faint odor but don't find it offensive at all...in fact, they now try to guess which flavour I'm vaping. Just the other day night while driving with the kids, my youngest daughter (9) announced that she was really happy that I bought "those things", referring to my e-cigs, because I was no longer smelly and no longer 'polluting her air' with stinky carcinogens.

I broke the "not in the house rule" on day one when my wife walked by and said..... well that wont stink up the house... and I am using a tobacco ( menthol ) flavor.

We never smoked in our house... but we are vaping in the house now.

I don’t vape in other peoples house ( or anyone’s private property for that matter ) without their permission. But after seeing ( and smelling ) the things, I have had very rabid anti smokers tell me it was ok to vape in their house.

Quite smoking analogs in the house about 13 years ago. Maybe more. Vape inside all the time. It really doesn't contribute any smells to the house at all, totally unlike smoke. I've heard that it might leave a residue on walls and such. Haven't noticed it myself, probably have to chain vape for a long period to get that. I'm not worried, compared to the way smoking coats the walls with yellow tar and smell that persists for decades, I wouldn't worry about a little PG/VG residue on the walls.

I vape inside, even around the kids.. my son says the FSUSA wyatt earp smells like bad breath but nobody can even really smell any of the other flavors.

I got a sample of Wyatt Earp and to me it smells/tastes like really dirty stinky socks. I am not sure if it is supposed to taste like a pipe or what, but that stuff is nasty to me.

My husband is a non-smoker I never smoked in the house only in the garage in the cold weather and outdoors when the weather was good. Today my husband sat down on the couch, and he said that he did notice an odor but it was pleasant like candles. (I had a long vape session on the couch last night with my cappuccino and chocolate) so I can stop spending so much on my scented candles. :)
