Me too! It's been over a week, no smokes, already down to 15mg juice. and doing up some 12 for the next batch (got about 4 weeks worth of juice mixed).

I'm still in the scratchy throat stage. After the first couple days I go tthe chest pain and coughing, but now my morning 15 minute smokers cough session is totally gone!

Well DONE!! :toast: It's so exciting when you realize that quitting CAN be achieved without pain and suffering.

that urge to have a smoke is utterly normal.... it will pass. Just vape on :vapor: when it hits you. Some people suggest having some juice at a higher nic level around, to use for those moments, as that can help to satisfy a particularly strong craving. For me, during my first 2-3 weeks I just smoked one if the urge hit me, and after a few weeks that urge just eventually went away, and I was able to stop altogether. The timeline is different for everyone, and there are no rules... just do what feels comfortable to you. You've already made an excellent start. Have fun and vape on! :vapor: :D

Nice! Grats! Once I picked up my first vaping device was the last time I had a cigarette. Some ppl have to slowly get into it. I just went deeeeeep fast. Once I hit it, I was like yes! Cigs gave me anxiety, messed with my gums, smelled and bothered ppl and my self as well. But once I got my I think it was protank 1 and ego twist before I got more deeper into it, after leaving the e-cig shop, my pack of cigs left in the box just stayed there. Glad its helping. I went from that to well, as time went on, I wanted more and try more, and juices. It becomes a hobby for some and a way to quit for others.

Welcome aboard the ecf vape train.!!! When I experienced my first cig-a-like device I knew had found a way to quit a 30 year habit that was literally killing me.

Once I found the ecf and discovered what was vape possible, that was the beginning of my Vape Journey..!!

At the time was using an ego batt and Kanger protank. And had that something missing feeling, so immediately, with the resources of the ecf at me finger tips, went in search of finding that missing something. :D

Quickly found my first 15 watt capable mod, then proceeded to discover the world of re-buildable atomizers, rba's. The Provari and Russian was me first real set up for advanced vaping. By quickly, mean like after weeks of research and comparison, and ensuring a quality product was selected.

That set up taught me to become a competent builder and more than satisfied that something missing feeling and blossomed into, an explorers yearning a desire to discover what was Vape Possible.

Since my findings the ecf, now enjoy a wide range of juices, all which are personal DIY recipes, wind all my own coils, and simply love all things Vape, have a grand collection of both mechanical and high amp regulated mods, with plenty of tank systems and drippers to keep them all happy.

I have been only a vaper for a year. Just happened to jump on the vape train during one of the most explosive and evolving stages of the vape industry, and was fortunate to be able to hang on tight enough, and learn enough excellent information, that have become a vaper with some really excellent chit.

I used my banner for money not spent on smoking as a valid argument for investment into quality vape gear. Have recently survived the latest innovations on the vape planet, and believe have caught up with my banner.

Any who, hang on tight for the vape of your life:D

Vape long and Prosper.!!!

to ecf hazeleyedbaby2014. Isn't it fantastic. You will keep on seeing new benefits and feeling better. I think you are doing a great job. I don't know how much you smoked before, but if you are still having cravings, you might want to up the nic percentage of your juice and see if that helps. It's nice to have a higher juice around anyway for those days someone gets on you "reserve nerve". :D At least it helps me. Continued success to you and happy vaping.

We're already past the point where we're saving. Spent $150 on a starter kit, some diy stuff, then a couple of Protank 2s and some spare coils, recouped after less than 2 weeks of no cigarettes, and we're good for a bit now. Making a decent order of diy stuff ($225 or so for a whole boatload of nic and flavor, wick and wire) in about a month and we should be good for 6-7 months after that. That $350-375 is about what we were spending in a month on smokes :S
