Not sure who said 1 carto = 2 packs.
It's different for everyone...but I find 1 carto to be roughly 3/4 of a pack. I go through maybe 2 cartos per day.
Don't get confused with mg either. The mg rating for cigs and cartos cannot be compared directly as the absorption rates are different. Smoke is absorbed in the lungs. Vapor seems to be absorbed mainly in the tissues of the mouth and sinuses. Someone correct me if I'm wrong here. There have been a few studies that have tried to determine how much of the nicotine is actually absorbed from vaping. vaping seems to be more of a maintenance thing .... getting your nic level there and keeping it there.....whereas cigs provide more of an immediate rush.
The mg rating on a carto is a misnomer also....it is actually mg per ml not simply mg. mg/ml is the proper terminology.
