so how many hits of a vape equal one cigarette? Also, if you have say, 3 mg of nic in your vape, are you getting three mg of nic per hit or how does that work?

3mg of nic = 3mg/ml nic. So no, you are not getting 3 mg of nic in one hit UNLESS your 1 hit is 1ml of juice vaporized.

And even vaping 3mg/ml doesn't mean your body is absorbing 3mg of nic when vaping. The links posted above will most likely address this.

I think it's very difficult to draw a direct comparison between the two, as they are so different. I know it's not what you want to hear, but you just need to find a level that works for you.

@Ryan smith4748 I think the average ciggie is around 24mg or .24%. In this case (every other factor aside), you would need to vape about 8 mLs of 3mg/mL to equal the nic dose of 1 suckstick. Thats how I like to compare them anyway. As Sonic said, it's a hard comparison to make as it differs for most users and there are so many factors to consider.

For me : I used to smoke 20 cig Marlboro light per day = 5 ml , 6mg per day (in a Kayfun )

wellll if you vape 50 nic and do a cloud hit, then 1 mongo hit = 1 ciggie
and if you do 3 nic in tootle puffer mode, than 30 puffs = a ciggie

kinda like drinking a 6 pack or 2 of beer or 1/2 a cup of Everclear
