Let me give a little rundown. I have been analog free for a little over two months now Up to this point I had been smoking around three packs a day. I know this is a lot but I think part of it had to do with the loss of my son last July. I decided a little over two months ago to give them up and have beeen analog free ever since. I vape 18mg to 24 mg and the ratio is 80/20 pg v/g to 70/30 pg /vg. I wasn't having any problems till about three days ago and then I noticed a lot of pain in my legs and hands. today I could hardly walk. Question ? Is this a possible side affect fromthe pg. I read on another thread that there were quite a few people having issues vaping pg. but really not this particular problem Are there any others having this particular problem. I am not a big water drinker so have not upped my water intake. My ex who also vapes was having this issue too but he started drinking more water and his pain quit. On a side note I do have lupus, rhuematory arthritis, and osteo arthritis so I don.t know for sure if it is just me getting older or if it is the pg and I need to just vape vg. Any one that has some thoughts on this I would love to hear from:)

Water is your problem. Cramping is from the lack there of and you need to drink decaf products. Caffeine will also dehydrate you. I don't like regular water so I buy water mix from wal-mart. Tastes good and no sugar. It can be found where crystal light and koolaide packets are.

Edit: I wouldn't say it's the PG just yet as you indicated that you don't drink very much. PG and VG both pull water out of your body so please up your fluid intake first before buying a bunch of other juice.

Personally, I can't give a diagnosis, but it sounds to me as being more stress related than having anything to so with e-cigs. A lot of auto-immune system disorders are aggravated by stress, poor diet, and dehydration. I suffered from them for years myself and they flair up on me during high stress and when I stop eating properly. Mine had gotten so bad years ago that I was bedridden due to the pain in my legs. It felt like i had shards of glass in my veins.

I would try some supplements, up your fluid intake (like water or not, it's better than being in pain) and try to get some rest. If it gets worse, check with your doctor. I do know that dehydration can cause severe cramping. If you are going to vape, you REALLY need to drink a lot of water.

Just my 2cents

Up your water intake (doesn't have to be only water as other good suggestions have been given). It's something you have to do if you are going to vape. Beyond that you have a lot of different issues going on so you should also discuss with your doctor right away what's going on and not self diagnois yourself. Good Luck!

First off, you do need to ask your doctor. I also have Lupus, and it does rear its ugly head in strange ways. Drink a ton of water, and if dehydration is the problem, the pain should clear up pretty quick. Also I have read about lactic acid build up with quitting smoking, and drinking water will help that. I don't drink as much as I did when I first started vaping, but I did drink a bunch.

Best wishes!
