Not in SF, but better than nothing.

They're in Berkeley on Telegraph.
My roommate and a friend went there and said it was ok. I guess he had mainly Ego stuff and liquid was close to $1 per ml, but made it on the spot and you could sample it first (if he already had some of that flavor). My roommate got some Green Tea liquid from there that was really good.
There's also Best Electronic Cigarettes | Smokeless Cigarettes | Electronic Cigarette Starter Kits but it's a bit of a haul from SF.
