Just for perspective, feel free to check YouTube for "gas station static electricity".

Compared to the freak accident of a random guy pocketing a 'naked' battery with some coins or keys at a gas station, gasoline fires caused by static electricity can be considered a "common occurance".

(This post may contain trace amounts of hyperbole. Maybe I should get a job as a newsmaker.)

Computers? In school? Not when I went to school
I probably would have gotten pretty good in that class. Most of my school years were spent trying to survive home life and school life.
College? That wasn't even a thought when I was growing up. No way to afford it for one, and not something that was even expected or pushed for in my home.

Do I want or expect pity? No Way in Hell. It was a fact of life. I got through it. No biggie. Just please do not tell me what I was taught in school. Graduating class of 1978.

I did look at those links that were posted. The dates on them are what I expected....current data.

I had a computer in school. It was when they first came out and we got to play "The Oregon Trail". Wahooooo, I was just born when you graduated......
