Vaping supplies near Dade City Florida?

Hi everybody, I'm trying to find a location to help an elderly friend's wife get started vaping. I'm in Michigan and I think she'll need a local vendor with a little instruction to get off to a good start. She's in the hospital with pneumonia right now and I'm hoping that there's a brick and mortar location within an hour of Dade City - Tampa or Lakeland or even Orlando might be good.

Thanks for the tip! Unfortunately there's nothing there that's a physical store unless I have them drive about 3+ hours round trip. Anybody else with any ideas closer to Dade City? You can pm me if you know of a meet soon or something. They'll need a little handholding to get started. Thanks!
