Just like "guns"! The 'Bloomberg Type' anti-everything crusaders will love this one. Next "dna Recognition"! When obtaining and using an e-cigarette becomes this involved the cost will be so high folks will suddenly find the 'Black Market' booming. It's ridiculous. PEOPLE CONTROL by the government and nothing less. Should such an item ever come to market you can bet 'Big Brother' will be behind it and suddenly 'well off' political prostitutes' will be filthy rich.
