Vaping with a sore throat (allergies)

It is unfortunately that time of year for me where my allergies win the battle over my allergy meds and I get sick. Happens every year (thankfully not as much as it use to - which was monthly at one point - but it still sucks). Every year I get a sore throat, runny nose, stuffed sinuses...occasionally turns in to tonsillitis. Aside from the usual, "drink plenty of fluids, take your meds, etc," how do you cope with a sore throat and vaping? Any flavors help? I don't super sub ohm (usually run about 0.5 ohms) and rarely run over 70watts. If I use a mech it usually works out to about 30watts, actually. Suggestions for vaping while dealing with my annual crud?

I have a Cucumber Mint flavor. I keep it in my Genitank. I only vape it when my allergies act up, and after I brush my teeth before sleep. So my 30ml last forever! I normally hate menthol.

Maybe try a low nic, unflavored juice. If you need to, get a bottle of vg and dilute the juice you have as much as vapable. Turning down the power wouldn't hurt either until you feel better. Once you're healed, crank that sucker back up.

Higher vg lower nic for less of a throat hit. Now would be a good time to vape your least favorite juice you got laying around, you wont taste it as much.

Thanks for the tips! I ended up getting some VG Hypermint from azure vaping and throwing it in a subtank mini. Hoping this crud doesn't last. I'd like to be able to taste again. lol

I found a "premuim juice" that has a TON of koolada in it. It's awesome for a sore throat. And will clear the sinuses too.
