When I first went to this site, I had gotten a new pc a few days earlier and for some reason, couldn't sign in on the site. I called Rick, the owner, and he walked me though the problem over the phone. I also found some needle tip bottle caps on his site that have been difficult to find elsewhere. The Boge cartos I purchased were all fine, no duds. And it only took three days to get here, NC, from Maryland.
