Vapor Beast Customer Service Review (Positive)

I'm hoping I'm in the right place as I could not find a dedicated forum for vapor beast. http://www.vaporbeast.com

It not very often that I purchase items online and RAVE about that companies customer service. Often times, you will receive a product, leave a review, and that's the end of it..

Well, several weeks ago I purchased two Innokin ITaste MVP 20 watt batteries & two Aspire Vivi Nova-S (Glass) clearomizers. They were offering free shipping, but I went ahead and paid the extra to have these items shipped Priority Mail (2 day)
Like always, I received an email saying that my items had shipped. but some reason, whenever I went to check on the tracking information via the USPS website, the same information appeared "label has been created'...so after several days, I thought that perhaps the company had printed a label for my goods, but had not actually shipped the package.

Anyways, I contacted this Vapor Beast and spoke with a customer service rep about my order (Gene)....he was WONDERFUL. He reviewed my order, and instructed me on how to obtain a 'case number' through the USPS. He said that often times the USPS do not update their tracking, and in the event that this was indeed the problem, filing a 'case' with the USPS would alert them to any problems.
Well, I did just that, but again, the tracking for this order was still not updating. Again, keep in mind that this was a 2 day Priority shipping...and from their location to my location, should of arrive within that 2 days, if not even just one.
So anyways, I went ahead and called Vapor Beast and was able to speak to the same customer service rep. He took down the 'case number' and told me that the package had probably gotten lost somewhere along the lines and to my surprise, without any dispute, he went ahead an issued a replacement order right there and then.

Normally, a company will NOT do this, especially if their is no actual indication that the package is lost for SURE.....but this gentleman's customer service was above ANYTHING I have ever experienced from an online vendor.

so anyways...wouldn't you know it, the following day, the tracking for my original order did indeed start updating on the USPS website.

ACK! So I called back Vapor Beast..again speaking to Gene and explained to him that the original shipment had started tracking and what should I do as I now had TWO orders coming in. Again, he was great and told me to simply refuse the 2nd shipment and the USPS would ship it right back to them...he then went on to thank ME for my honesty... I felt like I should of been thanking him.

I went on to their Facebook page and posted a 'thank you' message directly on their page...as well as telling them that their customer service was AMAZING!

Can you believe, a few hours later, a gentleman by the name of Todd, from Vapor Beast actually CALLED me on the phone to thank me for my review. We probably talked for about 15-20 minutes via phone. He talk to me about his company and how customer service has always been their top priority. Todd also started asking me about the types of e-liquids I was using at which time I explained to him that I was fairly new to vaping and was pretty much experimenting with 'tobacco' flavored juices right now because I was trying to quit smoking, but that I was finding it difficult to find retailers that offered 'smaller' versions (just enough to test the flavor) of their products so that I could sample them prior to buying the full sized product. I hate spending $8+ of a 15ml e-liquid, only to get it home and discover that it's horrible.
To my surprise, Todd offered to send me TWO 15ml bottles of their e-liquids (Kick Ash & Holy Grail RY4) at NO CHARGE. I actually offered to pay for the shipping and he refused saying that they were 'on the house'

Again, I am absolutely amazed at the outstanding customer service I have received from Vapor Beast over these past few weeks.
Most times when you leave an initial review for a company, you will either get no response back..or one of those automated generic 'thank you for your feedback' replies.I certainly look forward to shopping more with this company..and look forward to sampling the two e-liquids that they are sending me.

For those consumers who have never shopped at Vapor Beast, you can rest easy knowing that not only will you find that their prices (especially if you use a coupon) are very competitive, (if not unbeatable as the case was with my MVP 20 watt batteries @ only $29.95 each) but you will also discover that their customer service is top notch. I am positive that if you ever do experience any problems with your order, and/or the shipping, this company will BEND OVER BACKWARDS, like they did for me, to ensure that the problem is corrected and the customer is happy.
