VAPOR BEAST - Above and Beyond!

Tim and Sue over at vapor beast have the best customer service I have ever dealt with in my life. Not just for E-Cig stuff, but any customer service, anywhere. My Vector Lavatube blew it's connector seal after about 45 days of heavy duty use. I sent Tim an email, and a few hours later, he told me to ship it in so he could look at it. He said it might take a few weeks. About a week later, to my utter surprise and delight, I received a BRAND-NEW Vector in my mailbox, with a handwritten note from Sue. This isn't the only time the "Beast" has gone out of their way to help me, when I first had my eye on the Vector, almost every online shop was out of lavatubes. Tim made sure I got mine as soon as it was in stock, while the other companies I dealt with didn't do very much to earn my business. BOTTOM LINE: SHOPPING WITH vapor beast IS A NO BRAINER. THANKS AGAIN TIM AND SUE!

P.S. - DID I MENTION FREE SHIPPING!?! WHO DOES THAT?!?
