Just posted my last newbie thread and now I'm an official ECF member!!! yea!!!......Was looking around the rooms and found this thread. This site excites me!(Squirrel! LOL). Just wanted to let all you VaporFreaks know I experianced some of the best customer service in a coons age......from Vapor Beast. I ordered my first mod from them called the "Switchback" very cool and so different from anything I've seen. Best of all it fit in my vaping budget! Ordered it Monday(duh...Holiday), they shipped it Tuesday(01/3/2012) wow! 2012 and I'm a non-analog; coffin nails; cancer sticks ex-smoker!!!after 43 years(Squirrel!). Guess what? I recieved my SB(Switchback)yeaterday! Can you believe that? yes you can...would never lead ya on(too old for that). I was on my tube channel soo excited about it, hadn't opened it yet, so was just sharing that I had just got it the mail(Squirrel!). Anyway, to shorten this story... I loved my SB(Switchback), however, there was a glitch in my button switch(nope..not gonna get sidetracked....Squirrel!)..and as we all know, manufactuing is imperfect. I contacted Tim and Ryan at their company through e-mail...guess what!? They were ON IT! I was also on their web page and seen their "Deal of the Day" and was floored to see what they had on sale...so me being OCD!(did ya already guess?
lol) e-mailed them and asked if I could make a trade for their" Deal of the Day" today for my SB(Switchback). Know what? no hesitation, they said sure! WOW! I've got an E-power on it's way(I sent my SB back by PO, today)and have somthing else on the way. Also, they had sent me in my SB(SwitchBack) package 4 extra filled carts, 1-5ml bottle of RY4 and a free ceramic tip(my first)wow what a bonus. I'm starting to like carts again with my tip....(the SB came with 10 filled carts, 5 were clear)and you know what? I recieved another e-mail and they wanted me to keep all the other 10 filled carts which came with the SB. I haven't had that kind of 1960's customer service since....well, the 1960's(lol)
. They said to keep them for my trouble, it was another fabulous example of customer service(that excites me) .....It was no trouble for me to deal with such proffesionals at Vapor Beast. I'm a little sad about my SB, but, excited about my E-Power/trade coming in my mail(I've got to stop buying stuff LOL)Naaaaaaa, vaping is toooo much fun and I'm finnally able to breath after 43 years of analogs. Just had to share my GREAT experiance with this awesome vaping company! Oh, I will buy a SB...they are to cool for school! See ya in the Vape Haze
