I was just wondering, for whoever was able to get a hold of someone from vaporbreak on their chat line, what times (and time zone) were you able to contact them.

From what I've heard on another thread they are either away, or when they are there it continually says there are people ahead of you in the queue. One guy waited four hours and it still said two people were ahead of him in the queue. I think its pretty difficult to get them on chat.

I have never been able to contact them... I also have a dispute in progress with them via Paypal. VapourBreak have not bothered responding to that either.
A shame really as my first two orders were recieved very quickly.
In my experience if you have no problems then they are cheap and quick. However if you do get a problem then contacting them is next to impossible.
Be aware that a lot of products they sell are 'in the style of...' !!

*sigh* I tried contacting them in every way possible too, even I waited a whole day once. I don't mind waiting a few weeks before it ships out, but at least give me an estimated time that you would ship. Just waiting is driving me crazy because I don't know if they're just going to shut everything down and take my(our) money...
Haha yeah I noticed that with a lot of sellers in the US too. VAMO isn't really a company either from what I can tell, it's just an APV model that they can mass produce in China
It looks simlilar to the Vivi Nova, Vision may make it, but a lot of unbranded ones are just imported from China manufacturing companies.
Side note, this may be why my order is taking so long to ship

I ordered a Phoenix rba on 24th from vaporbreak and it was shipped on 25th I also ordered a ss vamo on the 27th and it was shipped on 28th straight after each order I got confirmation emails. I have contacted them via chat regarding something before I purchesed but no reply.

Vamo was originally launched by RainbowHeavenTec, the first co-ops took place with them. Originally it was called an eGo variable vv/vw APV, as this name was Far too generic for buyers, the name was changed to Vamo and a whole host of others depending on Vendor.

I have ss vamo from vaporbreak. It vapes perfect. Only I had to replace spring,because it get hot. But other way, no regrets, my best spent 30$ for Pv ever.
Yeah, I ordered the SS and the Black Chrome, that's why its taking so long. Oh well, I don't mind waiting

When did you buy? because it looks like there is a note about the bottom cap/spring being sorted at the bottom of the page.
