Well if he had bothered to even remotely inspect the site and verify what he's recommending
He'd have to realize this is a webpage error
30ml are being advertised at $14.99 and 60ml at $24.99
So everyone is going to rush out and order it, the vendor will say it was a mistake, and everybody looks foolish

I've seen sellouts and/or price changes quickly after a VJ post - still, 99% of the US-based purchases I make are deals I find advertised on the VJ site. No complaints from me...

You sure do seem upset. Vapor Joe's web-site is indispensible. It has saved thousands of people tons of cash, consistently. I go there just about everyday, same as I come to ECF.

Have you ever tried operating a web-site on your own that you update with content even 10% as much as he does? Go ahead, try it. I will be sure to point out each and every error you make.


It doesn't matter if you are buying something straight from a vendors page, or if you see a deal on facebook, vapor joes, or anywhere....ALWAYS double check what you are buying. That way you won't have to blame someone else when you make the mistake of buying something for a price you thought was different....or buying the wrong thing altogether.


........ does a great job, I don't understand a thread like this. If he made a made a mistake, it was an honest one, and due to how busy he is. Simply e-mail him, and he'll fix it right away.

I personally like having more money to spread around further. I have spent ridiculous in the past year.(my treat to me for quitting smoking) Even so, Deals have saved me easily 50-60%...........or is that got me twice as much with change left over?

Funny though the complainers still check his site. I check it everyday. I expect a mistake every so often. If you don't make a mistake now and again your not giving your best. The vendor site SPECIFICALLY SAYS "American Engineered and Designed "SPIRE" VV/VW Mod". While you are right, they are different things....it doesn't take much to click the link and see why he would write american made.

Just because the site doesn't specifically mention that it is manufactured in the USA.....I would be EXTREMELY surprised if it wasn't. Joe probably knows them , or was told more by them then they put on their web-site.

If you read their ABout Us, it says they are a christian family with christian values, who live in South Carolina, and this and that. The very name of the company is VaporTekUSA, and a big part of their "niche" is USA made stuff. So I would be surprised if they had their gear manufactured in CHina.

China products don't suck because of the 12 yo army that makes them. They suck because they suck at design and engineering. When Americans, Europeans, and Japanese give them a spec and hold them to it, they do pretty good. See Sony, Apple, etc

I'm just pointing it out because I was very interested in the possibility of another American-made mod on the market, but then the wording struck me as odd. Not Made in USA, but Engineered and Designed. Joe's post specifically said American Made and I might have purchased it if I hadn't realized that what he posted and what they posted weren't quite the same. I just think you gotta be careful with that stuff when you're encouraging people to buy something.

(Edited to add - I'm no saint, I buy lots of stuff that's made in China, but I try to buy American when I can.)
