Having trouble also with the charger in the first kit.

Yah, the USB charger is a little weird, but I'm not having any problem now. Sometimes I have to insert the battery, then unplug it and the charger, then plug it back in before I get the little red flashes, but overall, other than weird behavior both mine are acting fine.

I am gonna start using the more expensive screw in chargers, I was sold a bill of goods. Apologize. I should have em in a couple weeks. If you have the 901 chargers, this will work as well.
