Vapor King V4L Questions

I have some 2 sampler packs. The menthol produces great vapor but some of the other menthol carts are producing little to no vapor. Any reason why? I am using the standard size battery

I was also wondering why the watermelon e-juice 18mg feels a lot stronger then the other 18mg menthol cartomizers I have. I feeler it I to a blank cartomizer. I thought fruit flavor were less potent.
