About 2 months ago I purchased an Ego-T from Vapor Kings. Their shipping was excellent (it shipped out the same day it was ordered) and I received the item about 2 days later via USPS (I live in New England). Just before the 4th both of my batteries seemed to have their lifespan cut in half. I e-mailed Vapor Kings customer service regarding this issue as I seemed it very odd. I received an e-mail back on the 6th which I find to be very quick turn-a-round time right after the holidays that they were shipping me out a replacement charger. Most companies would ask you to try this and that and send a form response back and you would almost have to beg and plead for them to replace the item nevertheless just have one shipped right out!
Before my Ego-T I had a Greensmoke and had a similar issue. My charger decided to kill it quits immediately. I had to play e-mail tag with their customer service for about 3 days before they decided to replace my charger. The nail in the coffin was that they shipped the replacement to my billing address and not my shipping address. That is when I immediately decided to take the plunge and order from Vapor Kings and I am extremely happy that I did!
Because of this Vapor Kings will be the only place I will purchase all of my e-cig hardware!
