I bought 4 Kanger Mini Protanks from Vapor Lady Lounge The Best Little e Cigarette Vaping Store in Florida! who had the best price I could find at that time, plus there was a coupon. Maybe a month later I started using one of the Kanger Mini's and found it had a factory defect. The bottom of it had been mounted out of alignment at the factory and it leaked slightly in addition to looking goofy on my variable battery as it was bent. So I e-mailed Vapor Lady and she sent a new one right over, free of charge and didn't ask for the defective one back. Saved me the hassle of sending it and I kept it around for an emergency vape device. Anyway, I thought she deserved props for excellent customer service.
