I may start to carry e-liquids. But I will advertise that there is no nicotine in the mix.
I will soon be using Paypal on my site since they now accept e-cig sales, but not nicotine.
So, I'm looking for wholesale companies with really good juice flavors where customers
can add their own nicotine. So, they need to be strong enough and easy enough to mix.

I called them directly, and then had written confirmation that I can use them on my site.
The co-owner of Paypal just invested in a huge e-cig company.
Just do a search on ebay and see how many are for sale and selling them with Paypal.
