We have ordered product from V9 numerous times, including our first PV's and juice and been delighted! All our kr8's and 510's and the cartomizers have FAR outlasted their usual lifespan, their Carolina Tobacco is hubby's favorite juice, and their prices are hard to beat. We had a problem with our first Vapor Cannon, but since they have such great customer service, they made good on it for us -- it had been too long for a return, but they sold us a new one, threw in some free juice and free shipping!
