You have to tip it upside down and wait for gravity to do its thing.
Its a bit of a nightmare for direct dripper - I have mentioned this to Eric lol - but their prime motivation is child safety. However I have found way thats a little involved but works well. I use a pippette Walmart.com: Flents: Eye and Ear Medicine Droppers, 2 ct: Medicine Cabinet to suck the liquid out (I dont remove the bottle dropper top) and apply it to my atty bridge. I linked what I got from walmart - very cheap.
For on the go you HAVE to decant into another bottle, again you dont have to remove the juice bottle top just upend it over the open 'other bottle' and wait.

i'll bend a paper clip for the main drop hole, and sewing pin the recessed hole in the white plastic, but first i check for: when holding the bottle at a angle like i am goin to pour it out, to see if it needs it first.
eric's bottles are spill proof, and they are a two handed refill job when used, but when i drop it, i get to miss out on the mad dash to clean up fore das cat finds it...
by the by, TW uses the same inner dropper, and include a glass dropper...
and eric says something about enlarging the holes...go slowly to get the right size...

One of mine I had to agitate to get the lquid to move DOWN - so a lil' up n down shaking wont hurt. As a dripper what I did was put the open end of that juice bottle tip over my bridge (it actually fits quite well) then shake a couple of times and that moved it.
But if its really being annoying then yeah - decant it. Keep it in a dark place after though - the dark glass on VS's bottles really helps keep their liquid taste constant.

I've had a little success with moving the liquid out faster by very slowly rocking the bottle back and forth while holding the tip inside my 510 cart. I guess it causes a pressure change or something, IDK ? It's still a bit of a slow process, but considerably faster than waiting for gravity to do it's thing. I have also decanted it in the past, but I do like to leave most of the juice in its original bottle.

VS's bottles are great, as posts abbove said. the dark glass really holds the flavor.

and that is something i like about TW too (sorry, re, all) the plastic bottles i havegot e-liquids in just changed...taste mostly, and slight color changes in a couple off them.

and ya know bestthingever, i am going to try that after i measure bridge depth and the plastic dropper moats depth to drop tip...maybe cut to fit...when you said it, it just clicked on maybe that is the best way to do that fill, the time left on would have to be counted to keep flooding to ankle deep level hehehe but i think it is the answer to may day 4hr drives and drips...(really)

Yeah, be careful...you don't really see the liquid coming out when you do it this way, and a couple of times I almost overfilled it. It happens faster than you think it will !
