OK Can someone please tell me how to use the bottle? Love the juices: hate the bottle top. I have no idea what to do with it, so I dump the stuff into another bottle.

I didn't like the bottles at first, but now I do. I shake the bottle really well and then hold it exactly upside down (no angle at all); it will begin to drip in a few seconds. I do the condom refill with my cartos, so I just pour it into my condom cap & I'm ready to go. Once I've poured once, it seems to be easy to pour out in the future.

Hope that helps. I really disliked them at first, but now they've grown on me.

Same here, once you figure them out they make a lot of sense.

I have found that a 10mL plastic dropper bottle (with the dropper removed of course) fits into the inner gap of the VS drop top very snugly. You can then invert the bottle and set it down, once the first drop forms (5-10 seconds) they start coming out every 2-3 seconds. Just leave it be and you've got a full bottle 10 minutes later with zero chance of spilling juice.

Hard to add anything here....great review OP! Rosewater however is my daily, can't live without vape. Personal preference is all. But the Tampa is a close runner up! And the Phoenix!!! To me it is about half way between Frisco and Tampa....

btw...Katya....the juice is made in India at a factory that specializes in food flavorings...probably why they do such a darn good job!!!!

and try the Watermelon!!! It is amazing....I didn't think I would like it but wow! It is wonderful. Not overly sweet and has a very authentic flavor. Trust me....this is NOT the Jolly Rancher type flavor you have gotten everywhere else....

I definitely can tell its from India - having spent some time there - its a world away from the Dekang type flavorings. Theres a smokey, and not exactly musty but sort of (in a good way) tang to most of the flavors that fills the air around the markets in India. I do like that VS juices are so very different - I love my cafe sumatra but Ive found I need to be sparing with it as its STRONG lol. VS4 is just a nice easy to vape tasty tobacco - I like the sweetness of its 'faux RY4' taste, so I doubt Ill try the other tobaccos as the VS4 had everything I wanted.
I do want to try the Tiramisu but Im overbduget for juice this month (yes I had to set limits on myself Im such a juice hound lol) so I have no clue when I'll get round to it.

Here is a tip for those that have a syringe to draw the juice out of the bottles. Unscrew the top cap then pry off the stopper top. Put the cap back on the bottle to prevent any spills while you modify the stopper top. Turn the stopper top upside down. Cut a bit of the "spout" tip off. Then turn it over and insert a syringe needle. If the needle doesn't go through, just snip a bit more off the spout until your needle fits through the hole. The 18 gage blunt tip needles work great. (No worries about getting poked with a sharp needle.) Put the stopper tip back on and replace the cap. You can extract enough juice to fill a bottle, cart or cartomizer in a minute or two. :)

Slow to fill orders. Slow to ship. Slow to respond to customer questions/feedback.

Currently: MIA.

I'm sorry you're having this experience with Vapor Station. :( I can assure you that this is not the way Eric normally does business. Something must be happening...and now I'm worried! :(

Vapor Station has been my main supplier of juices as they have some of the best tobacco flavors out there. My juices always arrive 2 days after placing my order and Eric always responds to my emails within an hour...sometimes faster. I will say that they do not email the shipping statements\tracking numbers unless specifically asked but it has never affected the speed of delivery. Is this a recent issue? My last order was two weeks ago and it arrived just fine. Thanks for the update.

 I get my juice within 3 days of order and just ordered 10/30 ml bottles from him over the phone and had a 30 min conversation with him..

This was my second time dealing with VS. My first experience was with defective/less then top notch product & customer service. I've opted to give them another chance because I really did love the Cafe Sumatra.

This will be my last purchase from VS.

Call him on the phone the # is below... Cause you gonna miss this juice... Eric is a great guy and will fix whatever is wrong ... guaranteed

Eric announced on the forum page a day or two ago that he's out of town for a few days... and that his GF would continue to fill orders...

I am sure he'll get back to you...

Order today... you'll see a bit of a sale

I was worried when you said he was MIA because I was about to place an order for the sale and had a question (on a 4th of July holiday to boot!) I found him just fine. I emailed him and PM"d him and left a message on his answering machine. He got right back to me.

Wow. I think you are really going to miss out on great juice. Eric's always responded to me. I PM, he Pm's back. I call, he's either right there to answer or calls me back that day after I leave a message. I email, he emails me right back. He's active in the VS Forum and responds there as well. My orders arrive within days. The juice is Top-Notch!

Yeah it's really weird how some people can have these awful experiences with vendors (twice now according to this guy) and the rest of us have nothing but great things to say.

I have only ordered from VS once, but they called me the next morning after I placed my order because the shipping address I had entered was coming back as invalid.

What sites go above and beyond like that with personal customer service? I can count them on one hand and this is definitely one of them.

All right you guys talked me into ordering (at least that is what I'm telling the hubby, it's all your fault):p

We will gladly take the blame..haha and i promise you will not be sorry that you ordered it. Be sure to let us know what you think after your first vape of it...this is absolutely the best juice i have ever had..

My initial order I bought a kit that was pieced together. I was supposed to eat the shipping cost on a bad atty. I placed an order for a sampler at that time and fell in love with Cafe Sumatra. I haven't been able to find anything like it since so I placed another order. On the shopping cart page it said orders placed between 6/28 & 7/1 would not ship until 7/2 so on Friday I expected to see a tracking confirmation or some sort of confirmation that the order had been shipped. Ok, things happen. Delays are sometimes to be expected. Saturday came and there was no confirmation. I know one of you mentioned that he does not send tracking info but that was not my experience the first go-round wherein I did receive tracking confirmation and info. This is why I was waiting for it this time around. Then I received nothing yesterday but after reading that I figured I'd wait a bit and see what happens. Well ...

I received my package!!! Yay .. now to rip it open and taste that wonderful flavor I've been craving since day one of vaping. Oh I can't wait I really just can't wait anymore. Will post back in a minute :)

I always get a confirmation, but have never received a shipping/tracking email from VaporStation. I usually log into my account on the VS web site to get the order status and tracking info, but agree that an email notification would be preferable.

My experience has been that orders are shipped quickly and received within 2-3 business days unless otherwise noted. Not to mention the juice itself, which is excellent and fairly priced IMHO.
